Damian has more than 25 years of experience across global capital markets, financial technology, and strategic partnerships. As a founding member of AccessFintech, he helped build a collaborative data and workflow network serving leading banks, asset managers, and market-infrastructure providers.

His experience includes fintech growth strategy, industry collaboration, digital transformation, and the commercial application of data within regulated industries. He supports MBD Clarendon’s engagement with corporate, institutional, and technology partners and contributes to the firm’s work on sovereign public-private partnerships.
